So thankful for our time together this past year. I hope you’ve had a wonderful holiday season.
Sometimes the best of times are the simplest ones—sharing a meal or a cup of tea, honoring a family tradition, laughing over a shared memory, noticing a new face in your next generation, or taking a quiet moment for yourself after it’s all said and done.
Each of us can consciously create the “best of times” in any given moment. As we come to the end of the year, my hope is that we live more consciously together. It’s a simple—and extraordinarily powerful—choice we get to make again and again: at the start of the day, before a conversation, as we walk into the room.
What do you want to contribute?
How do you want it to go?
How do you want to show up? How do you want people to feel in your presence?
As you align heart and soul with your thoughts, words, and actions, you’ll create “best of times” moments more consistently—and reduce the worst of times in your life. Not a bad goal for the New Year, right? Remarkable things happen as we become more remarkable.
I look forward to communicating with you in 2026—and I hope to hear from you, how you are and what your hopes and plans are for the year ahead. As hearts align, watch out, world.
Wishing you, your family, and friends the very best of times. May we come together in 2026 in a way we never have before.
Let’s be remarkable.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
With gratitude,
Laurie

Sometimes, you have to step back to move forward.
After 25 years in Corporate America, I turned in a new direction. I began supporting others on their journey to better health and wellness. I was on the path myself. I had come to know early on in my life through the loss of my very young mother that the best gift we can give ourselves and those we love is our own well-being.
Social justice has been a life-long passion. I’m hopeful we will achieve gender equality soon. Peace and prosperity are only possible when all of us have equal access to resources and opportunities. Limiting anyone based on demographics; gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexuality, etc., limits us all.
